As part of the team, you will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting applications, ensuring network security, providing customer service, and performing network administration tasks.
Qualifications
- Network Administration and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Information Technology and Network Security
- Customer Service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Relevant skill (Linux, MySQL, Putty Applications)
- Be able to read application logs
- Willing to work onsite 24/7 shifting at Central Jakarta
