Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee and curate content for our main and sister brands on Instagram and TikTok. Develop and implement a social media calendar that aligns with company guidelines and features collections, sales, and USPs.
  • Content Creation: Produce and schedule 14-15 images and videos per month for posting. Conceptualize and plan creative content that reflects our brands’ identities and engages our audience.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute social media campaigns with a strong focus on storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay current with the latest social media trends and digital marketing practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with our Singapore-based content creator, who will handle on-site shoots. Ensure effective planning and communication to align content creation with marketing strategies.
  • Guideline Adherence: Implement company-provided guidelines to highlight featured collections, promotions, and unique selling propositions.

Requirements:

  • Creativity: Demonstrated ability to create original and compelling visual and written content that captures attention and drives engagement.
  • Storytelling Expertise: Strong background in crafting engaging narratives and content with a focus on storytelling.
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Proven experience in managing social media accounts and executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Content Production: Ability to create 14-15 images and videos per month, ensuring high-quality and engaging visual content.
  • Trend Savvy: Up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital marketing best practices.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong forward planning and organizational skills to coordinate effectively with the content creator and manage multiple aspects of social media campaigns.
  • Editing: Must have strong photo and video editing skills. Knowledge in Canva, Adobe or any other editing softwares.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a digital marketing role with a focus on social media content creation.
  • Familiarity with the floral industry or e-commerce is a plus.
