What will you do

As a Junior Project Manager, you will work both national and international projects where all of a project are covered. You will do this in a multidisciplinary project environment, entrepreneurship and innovation are stimulated. You can develop yourself in a dynamic environment and you can contribute to the further development of customer relationship.

What you do?

You are a proactive Junior Project Manager for various large national and international projects in light industry, consumer goods market (you can think of food, pharmaceuticals, data centers, As a member of the project team, you will support the project manager with your project management skills combined with technical knowledge that you will further develop during your work. In addition, you will be involved in:

Drawing up proposals for new projects

Contributing to the further development of customer relationship

Together with a senior project manager, setting up projects within the framework of our quality system

You will work within different phases of project for our clients, these can be large multinationals but also developers or contractors.

What you bring

Bachelor/master's degree from mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, and industrial engineering from reputable university (fresh graduate are welcome to apply with relevant education background

Experienced 0-2 years of relevant experience as Junior Project Manager at civil engineering consultancy/construction consultancy or engineering firm

Have good analytical skills and able to communicate in English fluently

Enjoy working on multidisciplinary projects, initiative, a pragmatic attitude

Result oriented and a team player.

Have hands-on mentality and flexibility

Wiling to develop your current knowledge through learning on the job and following internal training courses.
