The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the entire sales cycle and customer's expectation
  • Maintaining client relationships & manage existing account (account manager)
  • Understanding our Solution and creating customer's need
  • Negotiating agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Responding to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
  • Developing actionable and insightful recommendations for new products, change requests, extensions, upselling and/or enhancements
  • Remaining in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs

Qualifications

  • A computer science degree or a similar discipline
  • 2 - 5 years' quota carrying sales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to be placed in a banking or financial company
