About the Role:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Engineer to play a key role in supporting our sales team by providing technical expertise and solutions to our clients. This role involves understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation and integration of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our products to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Assist in the development of technical documentation and product specifications.
  • Provide technical support during the sales process, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical , Electrical, Industrial, Chemical), or a related field from a reputable university.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role, preferably in food industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
