The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver all offline & online campaigns, on time and in full.
  • To work closely with the Brand Marketing teams to develop and launch campaigns from conceptualization to execution, briefing internal studio to artwork assets, and distribute with agencies in a timely manner.
  • Alignment with internal stakeholders working closely with internal Retail VM teams to ensure campaigns are executed consistently.
  • To ensure campaign targets are properly set, evaluated, and met so that the marketing budget is optimized.
  • Working closely with the Media Manager to scope out outdoor media opportunities to further increase the visibility of the brand.
  • Work with internal studio and external agencies to execute campaign assets on outdoor media sites from briefing to execution.
  • Measurement of all campaigns, ensuring retail KPI’s are hit and learnings made from each campaign.
  • Working closely with the Traffic Manager on briefs into the studio ensuring that jobs are delivered on time.
  • Regular visits to stores to ensure campaigns have been executed according to brand guidelines and VM principals, whilst also reviewing further opportunities to enhance campaigns in store.

Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field, preferable from Marketing/Public Relations.
  • At least 5 years experience in Retail Marketing
  • Have experience in handling multiple brand will be preferable for this position.
  • Strong brand strategy, excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
  • Must have excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.
  • Must be analytical and detailed oriented, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
