What will you do:
- Manage end to end recruitment & selection process to fulfill the manpower needs
- Maintain and update job specifications and requirements
- Do the interview process
- Liaise with internal teams to identify and assess recruitment needs
- Maintain and update job specifications and requirements
- Handle administrative and operational task in recruitment activities
- Maintain sourcing strategy in the website, career portal, and campus recruitment
- Establish collaboration with University, Career Center, and other education institution
- Maintain employee's documents, ensuring complete and accurate
- Maintain an active organized data of applicants of various position
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (preferable from the Information Technology background).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Recruitment area-especially in interviewing candidates at all levels (Having an experience in a Technology Company is preferable).
- Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Knowing how to use sourcing tools and technology: knowing how to use candidate sourcing software, and navigating the company’s ATS.
- Knowledgeable of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, other (online) channels, and professional networks.
- Can reach out to different types of candidates and engage with them.
- Knowledgeable of recruitment metrics.
- Willing to WFO at SCBD, Jakarta Selatan
