What will you do:

  • Manage end to end recruitment & selection process to fulfill the manpower needs

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (preferable from the Information Technology background).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Recruitment area-especially in interviewing candidates at all levels (Having an experience in a Technology Company is preferable).
  • Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Knowing how to use sourcing tools and technology: knowing how to use candidate sourcing software, and navigating the company’s ATS.
  • Knowledgeable of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, other (online) channels, and professional networks.
  • Can reach out to different types of candidates and engage with them.
  • Knowledgeable of recruitment metrics.
