Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Operational and Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This role will support daily operations, manage client relationships, and assist with sales activities for our recycled fabrics, sustainable furniture, and custom project initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and passionate about sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing sales inquiries, orders, and customer follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
  • Help track inventory, sales data, and customer payments.
  • Support in the execution of custom projects and collaborations.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and partners locally and internationally.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and market research.

Requirements:

  • Indonesian speaker
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Interest or experience in sustainability, recycled materials, or furniture is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales support or operations is preferred.
