Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of warehouse workers, including training, scheduling, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock movements, conduct regular cycle counts, and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure timely and accurate order picking, packing, and shipping to meet customer demands. Collaborate with other departments to prioritize and fulfill orders.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications, and address any discrepancies or issues that arise during the handling and storage of goods.
Role Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or related, with previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities to effectively supervise and guide a diverse team of warehouse employees.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with team members, other departments, and external partners.
