The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

As Sales Supervisor, you need to :

  • Execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets of Super O2 (our AMDK product).
  • Handling customer complaints regarding delivery, quality of products, and coordinate with related parties regarding these complaints to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct visits, offers and negotiations to potential customers according to the mapping area to increase the number of new customers.
  • Receive and process orders for goods and control the delivery of goods to the Outlet to ensure that the goods have been sent and received properly by the Outlet.
  • Conduct visits and deliver sales programs, sales targets and sales support to customers to optimize existing outlets and increase outlet sales turnover.

Qualifications that need to this position :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing/Sales
  • Min 1 year of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have driving license (A/C)
  • Willing to be placed at Jabodetabek/Central Java/East Java/Bali/Makassar/Medan/Banjarmasin
