Job Description

  • Coordinate with Area Sales Supervisors (TSPV): Work closely with the regional supervisors to align sales strategies and ensure the successful implementation of sales plans.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Drive Sales Performance (Push Sell Out): Implement strategies to boost product sell-out by motivating the sales team and working with key stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Sales Training & Development: Deliver regular training sessions for area sales teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills to enhance their performance in the field.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel for data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in team management and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor sales staff.
  • Ability to travel to various sales regions as needed.
