MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Aiming to drive Private Brand growth and ensure competitive positioning. Responsible for review, analyze, give recommendation, and implement the effective strategy, development, and performance tracking of private label brands within the portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 Years of experience as Brand Manager in local or multinational FMCG company.
  • Understand the concept and methodology for interpreting market scan track data (Nielsen).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in market research tools and financial analysis
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
