Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the handling of customer complaints, statictical analysis of customer complaint information;
  • Responsible for the follow-up supervision and closure of the customers's 8D report;
  • Participate in customer system, quality audit, and quality conference;
  • Responsible for coordinating customer-related change management, submitting ECR and getting customer approval, following up the implementation process and reporting the results.
  • Follow-up, summary and submission of customer quality report;
  • Grasp customer needs and expectations, transform them into internal requirements and archive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above, experienced people can be appropriately relaxed;
  • More than 3 years working experience in customer litigation;
  • Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; Available as a working language
  • Familiar with the use of quality tools (8D report, fishbone diagram analysis, FMEA, SPC, etc.).
