  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsible for leading and managing the planning, execution, and delivery of FTTH projects and services to customers. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment of FTTH infrastructure and the delivery of high-quality services to subscribers

Job Accountabilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans for FTTH deployment, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management
  • Oversee the execution of FTTH projects, ensuring that they are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards
  • Manage the end-to-end process of delivering FTTH services to customers, including installation, activation, and ongoing support
  • Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the timely availability of materials and resources for project execution
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the reliability and performance of FTTH infrastructure and services
  • Monitor customer satisfaction with FTTH services and address any issues or concerns promptly
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and safety protocols in FTTH project and service delivery
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to FTTH project progress, service quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of project managers, technicians, and support staff involved in FTTH project and service delivery
  • Communicate project status, service updates, and performance metrics to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, and external stakeholders, including customers
  • Responsible for ensuring the requirements of occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system are implemented and fulfilled by their respective units.
