Role:
We are an established Industrial Supplies and Procurement one-stop shop seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales manager to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. Reporting directly to the Business Head of South East Asia, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in finding accounts(Hunting), managing key accounts(Farming), driving business development initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence within the region.
Responsibilities:
1. Key Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Industrial sector, including manufacturing clients and multinational corporations (MNCs), to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Sales and Business Development: Drive sales initiatives by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contract terms, managing RFQ processes, and generating sales orders for industrial equipment and products.
3. Operational Excellence: Oversee operational aspects related to sales, including the timely preparation of reports, managing documentation matters, and ensuring efficient order processing and delivery.
4. Client Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the features and benefits of our industrial products and services.
5. Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
6. Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development activities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
2. Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of success in selling industrial products to manufacturing clients and MNCs in Indonesia.
3. Experience in handling key accounts and managing client relationships within the industrial sector, particularly in areas such as chemicals, oil refineries, petrochemicals, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
4. Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages, both written and spoken.
6. Indonesian citizenship and possession of own transport with availability for travel as required.
7. Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
