  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop guidelines, procedures, and policies related to IT audits for internal IT Consulting and clients.
  • Edit and format audit reports for internal IT Consulting and clients in line with company standards.
  • Document IT audit processes and workflows for internal IT Consulting and clients.
  • Prepare training materials related to IT audits and information security policies for internal IT Consulting and clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks.
  • Create executive and detailed reports for management based on audit findings for internal IT Consulting and clients.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (creating tables with formulas, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, graphs, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Word/Google Docs (header/footer setup, report formatting, letter formatting, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint/Google Slides (creating and organizing presentations).
  • Familiarity with PDF tools.
  • Experience with AI tools like AI PPT, ChatGPT, etc.
  • Ability to serve as a host, MC, or moderator in meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • At least 1 year of work experience related to technical writing or similar roles.
  • Relevant certifications in project management or technical writing are preferred.
  • Certifications in IT/Cybersecurity are an added advantage.
  • Disciplined, ready to work beyond office hours, travel, and handle pressure.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • High initiative and eagerness to learn.
