Job Descriptions

Senior Sales Manager generate and maximize ARTOTELs’ revenue based on hotel’s sales and marketing business plan, develop & implement sales marketing strategies in accordance with the ARTOTEL Group vision, brand personality & market segmentation.

Responsibilities

  • Is responsible to develop, generate ARTOTELs’ accounts for room and MICE business bases on target and market segment assignment.
  • Is responsible to implement and maximize ARTOTEL Group room and MICE revenue following its sales and marketing business plan in its own assignment and overall revenue interest in general.
  • Is responsible for setting and developing the main key accounts profile bases on area, destination, and comp set.
  • Is responsible to grow, establish, pursue leads which will develop business and provide input into sales strategy meetings.
  • Is responsible to know the hotel product and concepts and core of ARTOTEL, and maximize to expose more awareness about the hotel, chain, and group.
  • Is responsible to implement and produce monthly production in yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily sales strategy plan (include reporting) to achieve own target and ARTOTEL Sales Force target in overall.
  • Is responsible to create an action plan based on general target and own target in day-by-day sales activities and discussed with direct supervisor regularly.
  • Is able to do the business trip and follow the business trip’s SOP.
  • Is able to operate ARTOTEL Group Sales Force CRM application for sales reporting and data info.
  • Is responsible to create and maintain the database for contract and agreement based on SOP and audit policy.
  • Is responsible for contracting and creating packaging and promotion based on sales business plan and strategy.
  • Is responsible to control and review every contract rate, agreement and promotion that will be sent to key accounts that are assisted by sales administration.
  • Is responsible to regularly to invite and assist or coordinate with property’s sales staff for potential and existing accounts to have hotel site inspection, experience stay , Fam Trip, hosting hotel’s facilities based on Policy and Procedure or SOP.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Sales, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
  • Min 3 years of experience as a Corporate Sales Manager or in a similar Senior Sales Manager roles.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance data.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
