  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Junior IT Support. It will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, maintaining and monitoring systems, supporting clients, ensuring compliance, and maintaining documentation to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of web-based applications and services. The role is on-site at our East Denpasar location.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with web servers, databases, and network management.
  • Experience in an IT support role, preferably in a web development or web-based app environment.
  • Knowledge of programming languages and development environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Knowledge of network administration and security.
  • Willingness to stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.
