Responsible for leading and strategizing premium marketing communication initiatives for our organization's commercial products and services.

Job Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive premium marketing communication strategies to promote commercial premium products and services.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align premium marketing efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for enhancing premium commercial products.
  • Develop and manage the premium marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Oversee the creation of premium marketing collateral, including print and digital materials.
  • Monitor the performance of premium marketing campaigns and optimize strategies based on key performance indicators.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as media partners, advertising agencies, and industry influencers.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical marketing standards in all premium marketing activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement by staying up-to-date with marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Responsible for ensuring the requirements of occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system are implemented and fulfilled by their respective units.
