Role Description

This is a contract role for a Procurement Specialist (Retail - Marketing Department) at Intrias Mandiri Sejati located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for creating purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, utilizing analytical skills, and managing procurement processes on-site for the marketing department, ensuring they align with campaign objectives and financial plans of the company.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Purchase Orders, Supplier Evaluation, and Contract Negotiation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing procurement operations, budget management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes and financial procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and marketing software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills in a professional setting, IS A MUST.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee marketing budgets, ensuring they align with campaign objectives and financial plans.
  • Handle procurement activities related to marketing materials and services, including creating, reviewing, and placing purchase orders.
  • Process and track payment requests and invoices for marketing expenditures.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to address and resolve any procurement or payment issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all marketing-related financial transactions and expenditures.
  • Monitor and analyze budgetary performance to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing expenses and procurement activities to the marketing team.
