Job Description:
- Communicate & maintain relationships with clients on a daily basis
- Ensure the smooth running of projects, from communicating to all team members including the production team, graphic designers, content specialist, to facing clients
- Manage social media accounts mainly on Instagram & TikTok (posting, setting & interactions)
- Set deadlines for teams and become a highly active reminder
- Quality control of works
- Organize and analyze monthly / daily social media reports of each client
- Lead the team and make necessary changes for better performance / client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- At least 3 months experience in the field of social media staff, 1 year of experience is preferable
- Strong creative & digital marketing background (visual & copywriting, content marketing, social proofs such as endorsement & buzzers, META & TikTok Ads)
- Bachelor's degree in communicatioin / digital-marketing related major
- Great taste in esthetics
- Great time management & deadline sensitive
- Social media savvy
- Able to WFO at PIK 2
