Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive revenue growth through corporate training and psychometric test services.
- Identify and secure new B2B partnerships and corporate clients, focusing on organizations interested in integrating our training and psychometric solutions into their employee development programs.
- Foster and manage relationships with key decision-makers within corporate clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted sales materials, presentations, and campaigns tailored to corporate clients and their training needs.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decisions related to corporate sales.
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to corporate training sales, client acquisition, and retention.
- Work closely with internal teams, including academy, marketing and product team to align offerings with client needs and ensure the successful delivery of services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, corporate training best practices, and developments in psychometric assessment testing to enhance service offerings and maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales and business development, particularly in corporate training or psychometric testing services.
- Proven success in achieving and surpassing revenue targets in a B2B sales environment.
- Proven track record of initiating online and offline sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and excel in a fast-paced and dynamic business setting
- Possess a comprehensive leads database, particularly in the banking and technology sectors, for business development purposes
