  • Prepare payroll reports and submit them for approval through internal tools.
  • Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues raised by workers.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of payroll information.
  • Perform closing updates at the end of each month.
  • Gather necessary invoicing information related to service projects provided to clients.

  • Create and generate accurate invoices based on services provided for each project.
  • Ensure all invoices comply with company standards and agreements with clients.
  • Send and confirm receipt of invoices by clients.
  • Follow up with clients regarding any questions or payment issues.
  • Send payment reminders to clients for invoices nearing their due date.
  • Maintain and update the log in the Transaction Tracker for all sent invoices and track received payments.
