- Assist in preparing and organizing onboarding documents (employment contracts, NDA, etc.).
- Coordinate with new employees to ensure the completion of required documents.
- Schedule and facilitate orientation sessions, including an introduction to company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Assist in setting up new employee profiles in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) via Staffinc Work.
- Coordinate with the IT team to ensure new employees receive the necessary equipment and access to company systems.
- Follow up with new employees during the initial weeks to ensure a smooth integration.
- Collect and verify attendance records, timesheets, and other relevant data for payroll processing.
- Calculate salaries, bonuses, and deductions in accordance with policies for ongoing projects. Document performance reports (PR) in Google Sheets for each project.
- Prepare payroll reports and submit them for approval through internal tools.
- Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues raised by workers.
- Maintain the confidentiality of payroll information.
- Perform closing updates at the end of each month.
- Gather necessary invoicing information related to service projects provided to clients.

- Create and generate accurate invoices based on services provided for each project.
- Ensure all invoices comply with company standards and agreements with clients.
- Send and confirm receipt of invoices by clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding any questions or payment issues.
- Send payment reminders to clients for invoices nearing their due date.
- Maintain and update the log in the Transaction Tracker for all sent invoices and track received payments.
