  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Project Manager at id/x partners. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day technical aspects of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This role will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics, Information Systems, or Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years of technical project management in the financial industry
  • 3+ years designing and architecting loan systems
  • Strong programming skills and understanding of SDLC
  • Expertise in project scope, timeline, and resource management
  • Knowledge of data management and application data layers
  • In-depth understanding of loan-related business processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven leadership with experience managing teams of 5+
  • Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong client management and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana)
  • PMP or other project management certification preferred; Agile/Scrum knowledge is a plus
  • Self-motivated, committed to meeting deadlines, and able to mentor team members
