Position Statement:

  • Developing training material (product knowledge, nutrition, selling skill).
  • Assisting Marketing team in developing promo materials (brochures, flyers, banners, new product launch).
  • Providing product training to distributor in regular basis.
  • Create content for Light nutrition Training material for staff and outside communities
  • Assist product marketing team as for sensory test and competitor product review at marketplace
  • Involve to marketing campaign and sponsorship activities
  • Collaborate with Sales team to drive sales and align goals

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Prepare training product to distributors and measure the result of the training.
  • Develop training material about nutrition and product (presentation, slide, competitor’s comparison, handouts).
  • Give health/products consultation to distributors.
  • Assist Marketing team in developing promo material (brochures, flyers, banners, new product launch).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly report of training as required to Marketing Manager.
  • To visit Nutrition Clubs on monthly basis.
  • Have a full understanding on the marketing strategy of Herbalife.
  • Always maintain a positive relationship with co-employees and management.
  • Be innovative and a motivator within the workforce.
  • Willing to work overtime and flexible hours as requested/required.
  • Able to perform any adhoc duties as and when requested by the Management or Manager.

Qualifications:

Skills/Education/Experience:

  • College or University Graduate in nutrition/Medical, Public Health, preferably with marketing knowledge gained through work experience or education.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word) and the Internet
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa.
  • Have working experience as trainer.
  • Ability to research, source information and analyze data.
  • Good report writing and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize workload and meet deadlines for effective implementation.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision.
  • Strong customer and results orientation
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
  • Ability to function as an effective team member
  • Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
