Job Description

  • Collaborate with senior curriculum developers, supervisor and course manager to understand learning objectives, content scope, and target audience for various courses.
  • Design and develop educational content that adheres to instructional design principles and company guidelines in the form of presentations, handouts, assessments, and tests.
  • Ensure the quality control of the course materials for their grammatical accuracy, validity and reliability to the present context, and usability for the current user demographics according to the set content evaluation criteria.
  • Work with educational technology tools and platforms to develop multimedia-rich content, such as videos, interactive quizzes, and presentations.
  • Ensure content accuracy, quality, and alignment with established learning standards.
  • Participate in content reviews and revisions based on feedback from upper management and educators.
  • Contribute to the delivery of continuous professional development to his/ her capacity.
  • Aiding with the project officers for incoming demands of language trainings in the form of job shadowing and operational support; as well as curriculum/syllabus presentation to prospective clients.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education, HRM, English Education, instructional design, vocational education, or any related field.
  • Having experience in developing vocational training content, preferably in an e-learning, L&D, training, instructional design or educational context.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles, training needs assessment, adult learning theory, and curriculum development.
  • Proficiency in utilizing content creation tools, digital media, and e-learning platforms.
  • Keen attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to maintaining the highest content standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Proficiency in conducting research to stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in vocational education and training, and the ability to integrate this knowledge into instructional design.
  • Placement in Lampung.
