What You Will Do

  • Job posting in recruitment channels (FB, Telegram, Pinhome Website, Pinhome LinkedIn)
  • Screening candidates who apply
  • Conducting HR interviews
  • Scheduling user interviews
  • Monitoring the interview process and updating results
  • Reminding candidates about training and interviews
  • Monitoring training sessions
  • Procuring tools and/or chemicals based on needs
  • Managing tools and/or chemical inventory, conducting stock audits
  • Preparing tools and/or chemicals for SP deployment
  • Preparing chemical refills
  • Managing cases related to tools (damage, return, loss)
  • Providing operational assistance to SQ trainers during onboarding (e.g., session moderation & hosting, handling D-Day challenges, distributing tools & chemicals)
  • Responding to 1P SP questions in WhatsApp group chats
  • Reminding 1P SP to log attendance
  • SP working calendar setting


What You Will Need

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in recruiting blue-collar workers or any relevant internship/part-time experience in HR or operations will be a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel and Google Sheets)
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management (can be learned on the job)
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with service providers, trainers, and internal teams
  • Problem-solving abilities, especially in operational scenarios
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to be hands-on in supporting operational activities.
