Job Purpose

In this role, you will play a vital part in crafting compelling content that informs, engages, and inspires our audience. You will have the opportunity to research and write across various formats, including social media content and marketing materials.

Job Description

1. Research and Ideation: Conduct thorough research on various topics, including industry trends and target audience interests, to generate engaging content ideas
2. Content Creation: Produce high-quality, well-structured content across various formats, including, social media posts and marketing materials
3. Editing and Proofreading: Meticulously review and refine content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and style consistency
4. Collaboration: Work effectively with marketing and design teams to align content with overall brand messaging and visual aesthetics
5. Adaptability: Adapt writing style and tone to match different platforms and audiences.

• Audience Engagement: Interacting with the audience on social media using Talenesia's writing style and tone of voice

Requirement:

2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in content writing or a similar role. Demonstrated interest in the education industry is a plus.
3. Excellent Writing and Storytelling Skills: Ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content that is grammatically correct and free of errors.
4. Strong Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research on education-related topics using various sources.
5. Adaptability: Ability to adjust writing style and tone to match different audiences and platforms (e.g., blog posts, social media, website copy).
6. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
