  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The foundation operates Bali WISE, empowering marginalized women through skills education, and ZeroWaste Center, providing waste management training to improve local environments.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Event Internship role located in Nusa Dua, Bali for the ROLE MODEL Charity Gala Dinner event. The Event Intern will be responsible for assisting with event planning, marketing, and sales activities. Day-to-day tasks may include supporting event logistics, coordinating with vendors, promoting events, and assisting with customer service during events.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Event Planning and Event Marketing skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Prior experience in event management or related fields is a plus
  • Can start the on-site internship in October 2024

  • Handle event administration
  • Contact prospective sponsors and attendees
  • Nominees background research and reporting
  • Creating event report
  • Execute the event on the day
