- Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize results and ROI.
- Lead and mentor teams, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative team environment to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality work.
- Willing to travel extensively (up to full week) and collaborate effectively with on-site teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and activations.
- Demonstrate willingness and capability to handle campaigns for alcohol brands, adhering to regulatory requirements and client specifications.
- Having 2 or more experience in digital agency, handling SEO or Paid Ads client.
- Posses a minimum diploma degree in any major, preferably from communication and digital marketing major. (ini opsional banget sih)
- Energetic, enjoys exploring new things, has a strong desire to keep learning, honest, responsible, and able to work as a team or individually
- Able to communicate in english, both written and speaking
- Basic understanding of digital marketing
- Proficiency in generating reports and offering strategic recommendations based on data
