Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Supervisor at PT Rembaka willing to place in West Java. The Area Sales Supervisor will manage a team of sales representatives, managed distributor, activities sales, develop strategies to increase sales, and build and maintain relationships with clients. The Area Sales Supervisor will also collaborate with other departments to ensure the achievements of company goals and targets.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in cosmetics or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing a sales team and implementing sales strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of the East Java market.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
