  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, assisting in offering process, and conducting reference checks.
  • Review resumes and applications, conducting preliminary phone interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with recruitment techniques, sourcing tools, job and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to track various stages of recruitment for multiple candidates.
