- Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, assisting in offering process, and conducting reference checks.
- Review resumes and applications, conducting preliminary phone interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by being a point of contact and providing timely feedback.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire).
- Coordinate and participate in new employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases using internal HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by team lead.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with recruitment techniques, sourcing tools, job and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple HR processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to track various stages of recruitment for multiple candidates.
