As a member of the RDQ team, you are recognized internally as the operational expert in key process unit operations. You lead in the execution of experiments and trials that are required to complete process design and process deployment for innovation/growth projects and productivity projects across multiple geographies.

How You Will Contribute

You will be responsible for the seamless implementation of process trials in pilot plant, factories and with suppliers, offering your operational expertise in specific process unit operations for the total category. In addition, you will help plan for the effective use of resources, including the use of external agencies. Good analytical and writing skills are important in this role because you will create technical reports that require the analysis and interpretation of results leading to conclusions and recommendations. In addition, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining excellently written and accurate process specifications and creating intellectual properties that drive our competitive advantage.

More About This Role

What you need to know about this position:

  • Product & Process Technology Development - SEA Biscuits: Biskuat/Tiger, Ritz, Oreo Wafer
  • Perform as R&D to lead product develop and execute a process capability design, including cookies, crackers and wafers.
  • Maintain the current product portfolio to ensure a superior product quality to ensure Growth & Productivity opportunity.
  • Understanding of ingredient/formulation/process relations and their relationship on the finished product.
  • Lead for Line Transfer & Line Expansion for all RD activities and work closely with Project team with I2M & IIM reference.
  • Manage project tasks, analyses experiment results, identify and evaluate the process risk to ensure objectives are met.
  • Communicates progress of projects and issues with other functions within the organization.
  • Prepares all necessary technical documents & specifications with L-6 Sigma on the project run.
  • Ensure all projects are in compliance with respective country’s food regulations and MDLZ's policy
  • Program/Project Leadership & Execution
  • Support Oreo Platform teams and develop process to deliver successful product launch
  • COUPA and Admin
  • Maintain the current Master Shopper for R&D, including manage courier shipment
