Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk Support at Carabao Cloud Solutions Inc. in Tayabas. Responsible for providing first-line technical support to end-users, addressing basic IT issues and requests. This role involves troubleshooting common technical problems, handling service requests, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in installing, upgrading, and configuring software using remote access tools.
- Experience handling and prioritizing support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting Microsoft Office Suite and other Microsoft products.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure.
- Strong communication skills.
- Can amend to work during the night shift, holidays, and weekends.
- Amenable to work in Tayabas, Quezon Province onsite.
