Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets, open new outlets, and grow market share in MT, GT, wholesalers, and sub-distributors. (focusing on GT Channel)
  • Lead business development efforts and optimize distributor operations for efficiency.
  • Ensure availability and visibility (AVIS) of 7 COSIA products through effective distribution.
  • Conduct promotional activities like branding, events, and end-user sales in the assigned region.
  • Submit weekly work plans and reports, and develop long-term business strategies.
  • Evaluate and monitor distributor and sales team performance, providing solutions to operational challenges.

Qualifications

  1. Holds a minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales manager in the food and beverage industry or 3 years of general trade sales supervisor experience.
  2. Demonstrates proficiency in managing general trade/traditional trade channels.
  3. Exhibits competence in team management.
  4. Cultivates strong connections with wholesale clientele.
  5. Possesses analytical skills for data evaluation.
  6. Has previous engagements with residents of Sumatera.
  7. Possesses a valid driver's license.
