The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing various HRD functions including Staffing, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee and Labor Relations, Administration & Employer Branding.
Responsibilities:
- Work with HRD Manager on planning workforce needs and use psychology to assess job fit for potential hires.
- Aid in creating recruitment strategies to attract top talent and use psychological assessments to find qualified candidates.
- Assist in creating onboarding processes with psychological principles.
- Support ongoing professional development through training and help with performance reviews to improve employee development.
- Participate in job analysis and evaluation for fair compensation.
- Stay updated on employment laws for compliance and ensure fair application of organizational policies.
- Administration (Manage and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave, and performance evaluations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.)
- Develop an employer branding strategy reflecting company values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
- Minimum 2-year experience in HR potition
- Strong understanding of psychological principles and their application in organizational settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate in English is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations.
Side Notes:
- Reside in or willing to reside in Salatiga, Jawa Tengah.
- Willing and able to travel to some institutions for department-related tasks.
