Supply Chain Supervisor

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a food and beverage manufacturer company that would like to leverage the business.

Job Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule purchase and procurement services.
• Exploring sources, requesting supplies, negotiating, selecting suppliers, and acquiring approval from the head for prospective suppliers.
• Create purchase orders and monitor due dates.
• Collaborate closely with vendors to address crucial problems that impact quality and delivery.
• Coordinate the tasks of shipping companies, and headquarters to ensure that products proceed smoothly through every aspect of the supply chain.
• Understand warehouse and inventory computer systems.
• Receive, store, select, and distribute products throughout the warehouse.
• Ensure and monitor deliveries so that they get handled by the Representative office on schedule and in excellent condition.

Job Requirements

• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of procurement, logistics or relevant to the position
• Have the ability to lead a team
• Able to work together with other teams and departments effectively
• Have good negotiating skills
