Job Requirements
• Bachelor/Master degree in Economy Accounting, Taxation or any similar major
• Min.3 years of working experience
• Have experience in Tax Consultant company is a plus
• Understand International Tax (i.e. Tax Treaty)
• Familiar with Accounting System (i.e. SAP) and Tax System/Software (i.e. e-Faktur, e-
Bukpot, Form SPT), etc.
• Having Brevet Course/Training/Exam (i.e. Brevet A/B/C) is preferred
• Good Verbal (communication) and written in English
Job Descriptions
• Review tax compliances (monthly Art.21, Art.22, Art.23, Art.26, Art. 4(2), VAT/Self
Assessed VAT, etc.), tax calculation, payment and reporting - for HO and Site including
preparing the Tax Reconciliation and Equalization with the book
• Preparation and review of the Annual Corporate Income Tax Calculation and return
• Assist in reviewing the Art.26 WHT, DGT Form/CoD, and Self Assessed VAT
• Assist Tax Manager in preparing all supporting documents for Correspondences with the
Tax Office (i.e. Drafting Letter, etc) and Tax Dispute (i.e. Tax Audit, Tax Objection, Tax
Appeal, Judicial Review, Warning Letters, Distress Warrant Letter, etc)
• Updating the Tax Status (i.e. work progress update and the Tax Dispute status regularly)
• Assist Tax Manager in conducting research and analysis on the new Tax Regulation, on tax
cases, tax review, etc.
• Able to conduct and review Tax Equalization/Reconciliation, preparing the report and
supporting documents
• Review and maintain a tidy, proper and complete Tax Filling system. Ensure that the
supporting documents are available whenever needed and easy to locate the files
• Assist Tax Manager in answering the Tax cases or queries (especially day to day) to other
Departments/Divisions (i.e. Accounting, legal, custom, etc)
• Liaising with Accounting and Finance, legal department and the respective person in charge
on any tax cases
• Liaising and Interact with Tax Office/Tax Auditor person in charge and Tax Consultant (as
necessary)
