  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Contract Management Supervisor

Location: Site PT Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park, North Maluku.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Management Supervisor to oversee contract-related activities in our comprehensive mining operations involving multiple pits and external contractors. The role demands strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to manage contract lifecycles effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure contract terms are met and communicate any changes effectively.
  • Assist in resolving contract disputes and claims promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide life-cycle support to Person In Charge (PIC) and team members on all contract and commercial-related matters.
  • Conduct regular audits of contracts to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts (both physical and digital).
  • Handle tendering, negotiation, and implementation of low to medium-value contracts.
  • Apply sound commercial judgment around the application of contractual terms and conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English; excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Undergraduate degree in Law, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of ESDM regulations is highly regarded.
  • Ability to influence with credibility, able to encourage buy-in and commitment at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a high-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
