Job Description :
- Analyze BC sales trends using provided data and dashboards.
- Forecast future sales, brand, and product trends.
- Conduct market surveys related to price, quality, service, and promotions for both own products and competitor products.
- Develop effective sell-out programs and continuously measure their success or failure rates. (Requires coordination with sales.)
- Create brand activations and consistently measure their success or failure rates. (Requires coordination with sales.)
- Coordinate with sales on desired activations.
- Develop attractive and effective merchandising for marketing communications.
- Assist purchasing in selecting specifications for merchandising and activations.
- Review social media and websites to ensure positive synergy between media selection and content.
- Provide product support materials for BC products to departments in need (product knowledge, TSDS/MSDS, merchandising, etc.).
- Coordinate with logistics regarding stock, delivery, and storage of marketing collateral.
- Implement project improvements.
- Create budgets for all conceptualized programs.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Marketing.
- At least 5 years of work experience in Marketing, Building Materials, or Technical fields.
- Proven experience in Data Analysis, Market Survey, Branding, Planning and Organizing.
