Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Villa Management Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our property management services to potential clients, ensuring outstanding customer experiences, and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clientele. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and have a keen eye for identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Proactively sell our property management services to potential villa owners.
  • Identify and engage with prospective clients, presenting tailored management solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  1. Head of Customer Experience:
  • Oversee the guest experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring high satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Lead initiatives to continuously improve guest satisfaction and gather feedback for service enhancements.
  • Handle escalated guest concerns and complaints, providing resolutions that align with company standards.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, acting as the main point of contact for all inquiries and updates.
  • Provide regular updates to property owners, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients, offering support and guidance on maximizing their property’s potential.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or client relationship management, ideally within the hospitality or property management sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with poise and effectiveness.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Familiarity with the Bali villa market and local regulations is a plus.
  • Lives in Bali, can drive a scooter, willing to work in a office.
