Job Description

  1. Coordinate with Area Sales Supervisors (TSPV):Work closely with the regional supervisors to align sales strategies and ensure the successful implementation of sales plans.
  2. Data Analysis and Reporting:Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  3. Drive Sales Performance (Push Sell Out):Implement strategies to boost product sell-out by motivating the sales team and working with key stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities.
  4. Sales Training & Development:Deliver regular training sessions for area sales teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills to enhance their performance in the field.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel for data analysis.
  3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  4. Proven experience in team management and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor sales staff.
  6. Ability to travel to various sales regions as needed.
