As a creative strategist, you are responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand content solutions that connect our advertising partners, platforms, and our portfolio of brands. You’ll spearhead ideation to dream up original, impactful, high-performing campaigns that span video, written content, social, experiential, and more. You will work closely with marketing, media, account management, and the rest of the content team.

Responsible for:

  • Conceptualizing, executing and managing clients' overall marketing strategy to ensure effective integrated marketing communications across different verticals and touchpoints - competent
  • Evaluating phases of execution of marketing strategy and applying improvements for success of clients' marketing goals and objectives - competent
  • Researching the latest digital tools and interactive trends - competent
  • Creating integrated and cost-effective marketing strategies - Competent
  • Engaging with clients, sales teams, and management - developing
  • Mapping out how creative ideas and executions will be optimized for business results - developing
  • Handling and managing client’s social media accounts - competent
  • Works closely with the account and design teams to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and articulate messaging - developing
  • Writes copies for ads and marketing materials - competent
  • Prepares pitch decks and presentations for clients - competent
  • Manage a team of 2-3 people composed of copywriters and junior creative strategists to ensure consistent and well-coordinated marketing progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy and campaign development.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, sales teams, and management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and trends.
  • Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with other departments.
