Main Job responsibility :
-Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; handle the implementation of personnel policies and procedures including workforce planning, recruitment and on boarding, goal setting, performance management, employee relations;
-Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed; Renew benefits plans, including vendor contract negotiations & open enrollment, communicating benefit information to employees;
-Conduct recruiting activities: Design the relative process, edit JD and place ads, Interview and recruit job applicants to fill job openings;
-Maintain HR file of employees in local office, Liaise with HQ HR in various HR functions
-Be responsible for the maintenance and management of daily office system ,company's external reception.
-Be responsible for the office logistics support of all departments of the office.
-Be responsible for daily attendance of all office staff (departments).
-Organize various regular and irregular collective activities within the company.
-Assist the country manager in dealing with external administrative affairs.
-Handle other relevant affairs in accordance with the company's administrative system.
Requirement :
-Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Human Resource Management preferred.
-Family with local HR normal practice;
-Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manipulate and analyze data for reporting, MS Word, PowerPoint & proprietary programs;
-Fluent in written and spoken English or Chinese.
-Have background in office administrative.
