Product Engineer

About the Role

You will work as a Product Specialist where you will be responsible for performing constant market analysis of competing products to determine and establish customer needs and requirements. Conduct visits and presentations to explain specifications, technical applications, and product characteristics in detail to customers to increase interest in the products offered. In addition, supporting marketing programs carried out at trade shows or other events.

What will you be doing?

• Providing pre-sales assistance and product education, and after-sales support services
• Visiting customers / events to give presentations & demonstrate company's products
• Understand customer needs & collaborate with sales team to offer the best solution for customers
• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
• Achieving sales or brand targets

What do we look for?

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering, max. 30 years old
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Familiarity and ability to give presentation to customers and/or sales team about company's products and services
• Proficient in AutoCAD & Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, and Word)
• Good written and spoken English
• Communicative, confident and good analytical thinking
• Able to drive (have SIM A is a must)
• Placement : Head Office, West Jakarta
