About The Role:

The Head of SMB, DOKU has end-to-end responsibility for building a new B2B payments business in DOKU. He/she will be responsible for owning the strategy, business plan, budget, product, and Go-To-Market for the business.

What Will You Do:

  • Develop SME 3Y Strategy
  • Develop SME 2023 operating plan, budget and KPIs
  • Decide which SME segment to focus on
  • Develop merchant acquisition and engagement plans
  • Work with Product to develop product vision and roadmap
  • Understand capability requirements for SME organization and build up the team
  • Work with Risk/ Ops to ensure smooth onboarding for new SME merchants 8. Partner with platform partners to serve their needs

What We Are You Looking For:

General Requirements

  • Have more or equal to 8 years of experience in a B2B SMB tech company
  • Startup experience
  • Payments experience
  • P&L experience
