Job Description
- Take ownership of managing and developing multiple creators for Shopee’s Video platform
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain talent, such as conceptualizing campaigns and initiating engagement events
- Focus on creator growth and development and provide ongoing support for all their needs; coach them on how they can improve their performance, train them on relevant tooling, and align them with company policies and local strategy
- Gather feedback from creators to implement improvements for the overall program, identify opportunities to improve SOP and creator tools
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- 3+ years of experience in influencer management/marketing preferred
- Knowledgeable and able to navigate content driven platforms, such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
