Industrial Estate Department Head

• Manage all aspects of Industrial Estate operations and management, including Customer Relations, Government Relations, Environment, Water Treatment Plant, IPKL, recurrent income, infrastructure, and operational and workforce efficiency.
• Resolve consumer complaints regarding units that will be handed over in a timely and effective manner
• Coordinate with internal and external parties as well
• Monitoring IPL security and administration (billing and collecting) as well as handling complaints
• Create an effective maintenance and security program

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree

• Minimum 8 years experience in the same position

• Excellent using MS Office (especially Ms. Excel & PowerPoint)

• Good communication and presentation skills (in Bahasa & English)

• Good project management skills and high-quality successful project delivery

• Good reporting/documentation skills to ensure, timely, clear, and concise information flow among all stakeholders

• Result-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and able to drill down to details
