Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees
  • Manage employee benefits enrollment, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits, and serve as the main point of contact for benefits-related inquiries
  • Collaborate with finance departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives
  • Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee record-keeping, HR documentation, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring alignment with company values, culture, and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, paperwork, and exit interviews.
  • Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, procedures, and programs, and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to streamline HR processes, manage employee data, and generate reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Well experienced using HRIS : Talenta Mekari
  • Proven experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration, payroll processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
