Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment firm, is looking to fill the position of Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for a rapidly expanding telecommunications infrastructure company. The ideal candidates should possess extensive experience in the telecommunications industry and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

- Auditor experience with a Big 4 firm and multinational company experience required

- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, including 2+ years in a leadership role

- Expertise in financial modeling and strong analytical skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software, such as Vareto

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams

- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and results-oriented

Job description:

- Oversee and manage the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes

- Create and maintain complex financial models to guide decision-making across the organization

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with strategic goals

- Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting

- Implement improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting to boost efficiency and accuracy

- Assess potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions to support growth strategies

- Mentor and develop FP&A team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
